Plug the player into your computer with the included cable, drop the new file into the matching folder, done. Any song you want — Oliver Tree or not.

Yes. The process is simple, but the initial load has to happen from a computer, not a phone. If you get stuck, contact us through the contact page and we'll get back to you as fast as we can.

The black button on the back controls both power and volume. A quick press cycles through the levels: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4, then loops back to 1. It starts on level 1 by default, so press it a few times to turn it up. To power on or off, press and hold the same button.

Yes. The back is fully magnetic, so it mounts on your fridge — or any magnetic surface — and holds securely.
Once it's up, place any disc on top and your song plays.

MP3 only. Other formats (WAV, FLAC, M4A) won't be recognised. You can convert any audio file to MP3 for free using an online tool like CloudConvert.

No. The player runs entirely offline. You load your files once from your computer, and after that there's no internet, no app, and no subscription. The music is yours.
